Yesterday, my neighbors across the street utilized a massive amount of snow and
built a ramp complete with a rail at the end so they could snowboard on their
driveway. Cody and I went over there for awhile and Cody tried to snowboard on the rail,
but ended up falling. This ramp will provide entertainment all winter (when we can't go to the mountains)!

At least Cody tried!

These pictures were taken from the balcony of the hotel we stayed in. We were right at the base of the bunny slopes. You could literally ski out of the back of the hotel and get on a lift.

My cousins Adam and Zach, Cody, our friend Austin, and I all went to Steamboat, CO for 3 days of skiing/snowboarding and shopping! It was our first time snowboarding this season, and we have greatly improved since last season. We had such a blast. It was snowing most of the time, and we almost got snowed in! When we left, there was only 5 feet of visibility and there were many cars stuck on the side of the road. Thankfully, we had rented a large SUV and we had no problems on the icy and snowy road. We can't wait to go back soon! :)

Merry Christmas Everyone!
Even though you all just left, we already miss you! Cody and I aren't doing too much today, Cody unfortunately caught a nasty cold that is keeping him home while I go to my parents to eat Christmas dinner. Here are some pictures from the early Christmas we celebrated shortly after my graduation while all of the family was in town.

After more than 5 years at Colorado State University, I finally graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Here is my graduating class, notice me third in from bottom left. After graduation, my parents threw quite a party at the Lincoln Center in Fort Collins, CO.

Many of my friends and family were there to celebrate with me!

We had a caterer make barbecue type food: hamburgers, hotdogs, bratwursts, barbecue chicken and pork. There was also potatoe salad, salad, and delicious corn bread. What a feast!

That cake was so yummy (vanilla and chocolate marble cake with chocolate frosting). Can you tell I am a chocoholic?
Now that school is done, I decided to take some time off before I start working at the Federal Highway Administration on January 7. Real world, here I come!
