Tornado

Yesterday, 8 tornadoes hit Fort Collins, Windsor, and Longmont. Everyone is ok, thankfully. The school my mom works at went on lockdown. My bridesmaid and her husband lost power at their house and her husband was working in Windsor at the time (his truck got damaged from the large hail), but they are ok. The scary thing is, they almost bought a house last week in the area of Windsor that got destroyed by the tornadoes. Hopefully, there won't be anymore bad weather (at least until after the wedding)! :)

Cody's mom, Kelli, emailed Cody this picture of him in 3rd grade. Guess which one he is, lol! He couldn't be the one with his tongue sticking out... Apparently, he did that in most of his pictures throughout school. :)

Good morning!


This past weekend was great, relaxing with family and going shopping to Cherry Creek. Now it is Monday, and it was tough to get out of bed after such a relaxing weekend. At work, I was working on Mesa Verde still, but now most projects are designed and ready to be constructed so we are running short on work. The meeting I had this morning (which was the only thing I had to do today) just got cancelled and I have to find some work now. Not sure what I am going to do, all the lead designers are out of work...

This is a picture of Mesa Verde taken a few weeks ago when we did a field review. It really is a gorgeous place.
