Dinosaurs

Today I got back from Vernal, UT where I was looking at the structural aspects of all the roads in Dinosaur National Monument. While there, I got a tour of the condemned visitors center. Here is a taste of all of the dinosaurs there.

Just in case you thought these bones were small, this is the average sized femur along the wall.


Maybe a pterodactyl (above)?








bones EVERYWHERE! It was really neat to see, but the building is condemned for a reason...
No you are not hallucinating... that door is really crooked.
The Park Service employees said they have had exploding 2 x 4's in the walls lately. These 2 x 4's leave large bumps and they have blown a large chalkboard to 4 feet away from where it was hanging on the wall.
These cracks are on the outside, notice the size by looking at the person on the left.And the walls are held together and supported with foam. really safe. NOT. That's why I had to wear a hard hat.
